A short biography
As a counselling intern, my approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with an interest in how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours influence one another. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) when it is helpful for exploring different parts of ourselves and understanding patterns that may be getting in the way.
With a background in Neuroscience and Mental Health and current training in Counselling and Spirituality, I bring both scientific and reflective perspectives to my work. I’m particularly interested in the ways our beliefs, values, relationships, and sense of meaning can shape how we experience ourselves and navigate life.
My goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, explore what you’re experiencing, and develop greater self-awareness and practical ways of moving forward.
