Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the Rubiks Counselling Services website, shop, online programs, and session-request forms. They are not a substitute for a signed clinical informed-consent agreement, which is completed separately before therapy begins.

The public booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment and not a payment. Staff will follow up to confirm availability. Website content is educational and is not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call emergency services or a local crisis line.

Shop products and paid programs are sold in CAD. Digital purchases are delivered to your signed-in account after payment. Physical goods ship as described at checkout. Refunds for shop and program purchases follow the process shown on your order and may be issued by our team.

You must be 16 or older to create an account, or have a parent/guardian complete intake for a minor. Do not share login credentials. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site or other users.
