Rubiks Counselling Services (“we”) provides psychotherapy and related services from Ottawa, Ontario. This notice describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information. It is an operational summary, not legal advice. A qualified privacy professional should review it before production use.

We collect information you give us through our website (accounts, booking intake, contact forms, purchases) and information needed to deliver therapy, courses, and shop orders. Clinical records are handled under Ontario privacy law, including PHIPA for health information and PIPEDA for commercial personal information where it applies.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, confirm session requests, fulfill paid orders, operate your learner dashboard, send transactional email, and (only if you opt in) newsletters. We do not sell personal information.

Payment card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Session cookies authenticate you on this site. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data from your dashboard or by emailing us. Therapy records follow professional retention rules and may not be deleted on the same timeline as a shop account.
