A short biography
Lidiia Nedilko is co-founder of Rubiks Counselling Services and a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. Her session aim in supporting young people who are navigating the complexity of growing up between cultures — balancing expectations from home, school, and the wider world.
Combined with creative art process, storytelling, and culturally responsive frameworks to help clients explore identity, lower stress and anxiety, and build resilience. Lidiia is also a sought-after speaker for workshops on cultural identity, emotional wellness for youth, and community-organized events across the Ottawa region.
